It is with regret that we formally announce the cancellation of the 2021 WAMC Road Rally Championship. Until now, we had hoped that we could run a limited programme of events, but even with relaxed restrictions, it now doesn’t seem likely that enough events will run in 2021 to make the Championship viable.
We propose to carry forward 2021 registrations to 2022 when we hope to run a full Championship calendar. Championship fees will carry forward to 2022 and the same will apply to clubs with regard to their Championship fee.
I hope that you will understand how difficult it has been to make this decision for the second year, but we are looking forward to 2022 with some optimism.
Many thanks for your understanding and I look forward to seeing you all when the 2022 Championship gets underway. I will publish a calendar when I have all the dates in place.
